Carmen's Cottage

Carmens Cottage is located in a pleasant residential precinct of Maldon only one minute's walk from the town centre.

The original 1850's cottage was built and occupied for many years by the Carmen family who were gold miners.

The cottage has been tastefully restored along with a more recent extension providing comfortable living space plus a well appointed kitchen and bathroom.

There are views to the north east across the former Maldon diggings, to the Beehive Chimney and Mount Alexander.

The cottage is furnished throughout with antiques. It has both wood and electric heating plus air conditioning to the living areas and ceiling fans in the two bedrooms.
