The Porcupine Village

Visitors who wish to explore Porcupine Township and the many local Goldfields' attractions in a more leisurely fashion can stay in our accommodation village. The two cottages and six terrace style units offer the opportunity to stay in a stylishly comfortable country retreat only a short walk from the Township.

Built from stone and timber, each cottage and unit is unique, with its own individual colour scheme, and period furnishings. The double beds are canopied, and all bedrooms have ample wardrobes. Ensuite bathrooms are spacious, and have their own heater. Modern conveniences such as t.v., electric blankets, tea and coffee making facilities, and heaters help ensure a very comfortable stay.

One of the highlights of the village is the individual private cottage garden behind each cottage and unit. As the owner operators live on the property, room service is available twenty four hours a day. The staff at Porcupine are local people who know the area well, and are happy to answer questions about life at Porcupine and in the Goldfields.

The very reasonable tariff includes a Continental Breakfast and unlimited access to the Township. Packages are available offering very attractive rates for longer stays.
